Uk Impotence Treatments

Im back in hospital next wednesday for my 5th dose of Win Rho. My counts in the beginning were up in the 100s just after treatment, now they barely get to 70 and my haemoglobin is dropping lots.
How many treatments of this can they give me? Theyre looking into giving me another few sessions of rituximab, but need to check any problems with me having it for a second time first.
Anyone else been thru this? Any advice?

Im currently taking 30mg citalopram and have been for 4 years. I also have to take diazapam when I have a really bad day - today being one of them... I have so many things racing thru my head, not all to do with ITP and the treatments. being off work makes it very hard to pay the bills and live normally, I am trying to do a claim for disability to help but I know its not very successful for us ITPers, so I think itll be done more on the depression side.
I also have an underactive thyroid and am on 250 a day for that too, again another side effect of the condition is depression, I cant seem to escape it
I find it helpful even just typing this all out, just to share how I feel, so thx for taking the time to read and especially your replies.
